Terms of Use

Kurrflow · Version 2026-11-04 · Effective: 2026-11-04

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Erick Andreazza, an individual ("we", "us") about your use of Kurrflow, the mobile app, the web app at kurrflow.com and the related pages (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and that you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use Kurrflow

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children.

3. What Kurrflow is, and what it is not

Kurrflow is a personal planning tool. You enter your accounts, balances, income and expenses, and the Service organizes them and projects them forward, for example "your balance at the end of the month".

Kurrflow is not:

4. Estimates only: your decisions are yours

Everything Kurrflow shows (balances, projections, forecasts, alerts, budgets, savings and retirement estimates, summaries and suggestions) is calculated from the information you entered and from assumptions that may be wrong or incomplete, including exchange rates from third parties and rates of return or inflation that you or we assume. Real results will differ.

You are solely responsible for the decisions you make using the Service. Kurrflow is a planning tool, not a financial advisor, broker, tax preparer, accountant or fiduciary, and nothing it shows is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Before making important financial decisions, talk to a qualified, licensed professional. Do not rely on the Service as your only way to know whether a bill is due, a payment cleared, or an account has enough money. Kurrflow does not create a fiduciary or advisory relationship between you and us.

Reminders and alerts are scheduled on your device. They may not be delivered, may arrive late, or may be turned off by your device settings. Do not rely on them to meet a payment deadline.

5. Your account and your security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details, your device, and any PIN or biometric lock you set up in the Service secure, and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information. Tell us promptly if you believe someone used your account without permission.

The app lock (PIN or biometrics) is stored only on your device. If you forget the PIN, signing out is the way back in; we cannot recover it.

6. Your data

You own your data. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process and display the data you enter, only to run the Service for you (for example, to sync it between your devices and to back it up). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

You can export your data from the app at any time (JSON, CSV or an HTML report), and you can delete your account and all your data from inside the app (see the Privacy Policy for the steps). Deletion is permanent.

You are responsible for the data you enter and for having the right to enter it. Do not enter information about other people that you have no right to share.

7. Acceptable use

Do not: use the Service for anything unlawful; try to access another person's account or data; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service or bypass its protections; interfere with or overload the Service; scrape or copy it at scale with automated tools; or copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app except as the law allows regardless of this clause. We may suspend or end access for anyone who does.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including cloud hosting and database services, Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google, public exchange-rate sources, and the Apple App Store and Google Play. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them. A list of the providers we use and what they receive is in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, text, code, logo and name are owned by Erick Andreazza or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

10. The Service is provided free, "as is"

The Service is free. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST, AND CALCULATIONS AND PROJECTIONS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS. KEEP YOUR OWN BACKUP OF IMPORTANT INFORMATION; THE APP LETS YOU EXPORT YOUR DATA.

11. Limit on our liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, Erick Andreazza WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OVERDRAFT, LATE OR MISSED PAYMENTS, FEES, PENALTIES OR INTEREST, OR ANY LOSS FROM DECISIONS YOU MAKE USING THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD 100.

Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or any right that the law does not allow to be limited or waived.

12. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or end the Service or your access if you break these Terms, if the law requires, or if we stop offering the Service. If we end the Service, we will try to give reasonable notice and a way to export your data. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 4, 10, 11 and 14) survive termination.

13. Changes

We may change the Service and these Terms. If we make a material change to the Terms, we will tell you in the app and ask you to accept the new version before you keep using the Service. If you do not accept, you can export your data and delete your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you use the Service as a consumer outside the United States, you keep the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the place where you live.

Before filing a claim, contact us at the contact email below and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.

If we cannot resolve it, any claim will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you and we consent to those courts. Nothing here limits your right to bring a claim in a small-claims court, or any right that the law of your country does not allow to be waived.

15. Apple and Google

If you got the app from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for the iOS app and may enforce them against you. For the iOS app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and if it conflicts with these Terms about the app itself, Apple's standard agreement controls for that point. If you got the app from Google Play, Google's terms for that store apply to your download.

16. Users outside the United States

The Service is operated from the United States and your data is processed there and in other countries (see the Privacy Policy). Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that the law of your country does not allow to be waived.

17. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we do not give it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a business change. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version controls; translations are provided as a courtesy.
